Hello it's me CellisVallen,
Yes I am alive and well, back to the new world yet again.

So It's been a long time for sure, but I've finally redownloaded SOTNW.

I was unable to get it on my Mac Book, even though I was told it could run on it.

Anyways since I've returned I have been toubled with gaining money for the vet scrolls.
Thankfully you can now get them for feso from the UPC vender in each town about 240k feso or so I am not sure of the correct price since I am not in front of the vender right now.

On another note I've been searching for Cathrine Pieces again.
Since my team cannot VET I chose to level my Musk:
My Current team is: Grace lvl 100, Scout lvl 100, Musk lvl 50.

Yeah a way to waste time or just gain a cathrine either way I'm afking it, pets yeah!

Cathrine pieces drop:
* Walter: Right Hand, Right Arm, Heart
* Lloyd: Left Hand, Left Arm, Pelvis
* Sasha: Left Leg, Left Foot
* Helena: Right Leg, Right Foot, Chest
* Victor: Pelvis

I had Issues with running sword on my Mac book

I had an Error after I clicked start on the Client Updater. It said something about my hardware

Accelerator not being correct or something sadly

in Mac book vista is not working proper.

Sword Of The New Wolrd on mac

Greetings Pioneers!

I finally was able to make Sword of the New World run on an Apple MacBook Pro.

It should be the same for other Apple Macs as long as youre using an INTEL based processor Mac with installed Leopard 10.4 and up, preferably 10.5.5 OSX which has BOOT CAMP and install an instance of Windows on another partition using boot camp as well.

If you need help or anything, feel free to contact me here or in my ingame nick Light_Bringer.

Instructions:

In MacOSX system:

Step #1: Turn on your Mac machine and wait for Leopard OSX to load completely.
Step #2: Once loading of the OSX is complete and your machine is all silent, hit COMMAND and space bar. This will launch spotlight in upper right part of your screen.
Step #3: Type Boot camp or Bootcamp
Step #4: Click on Boot Camp Assistant.
Step #5: Follow the wizard, then create a new partition (to where you will install windows)
Step #6: Make the new partition 32GB in size (its really up to you, but i would say 32GB minimum)
Step #7: Insert your Windows XP / Vista installer disc
Step #8: Click on start installation

Your machine will reboot and open Windows XP/Vista Installation.

Inside Windows XP/Vista Installation:
* Just follow the wizard and click next next next until you finish everything.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOURE USING A GENUINE PRODUCT.

After installing our windows, you will be faced with very low resolution screen (everthing becomes giant icons). At this point, you have to enter DISC 1 of your LEOPARD Disc that came with your MacBook.

A setup screen will launch and just wait for it to launch and finish itself, there is a little wizard to so just finish it. *This will install all drivers for all hardware devices on your Mac*

After the driver installation, it will ask you to reboot the machine and just go ahead and do so.

After reboot, modify your resolution to your desire.

Install/Copy Sword of the New World from the swordofthenewworld.com or from your the harddisk of your pc!

Grinding Tactics!!

Yeah I've come across many ways of staying alive or making sure your afk team does so. Friends my own ideas and such work well.. so I plan on making a few videos on grinding to your full potential, in front and not near the keyboard. First off many know you can very well change group move to single move. Tell you the truth I never use Group move because of certain things that mess up. An Example try going to Reboldeaux and Alt+ Z click to the other side of the map, PVP for example. The team will scatter and be sent opposing ways. This is just a view on how out of control Group move can be, messing up quick escapes or just navigating your way around a dungeon.

Yeah free gear is always good, but wings make you smile more then normal. Like I stated before I got free wings like my friends =). And now another pair but these ones run out, but hell it's alright they look badass. So even if I lose them I still got images to prove I had them.
